Quantum serves the students of West Mesa High School. While the Quantum Associates, as the participants are known, are Hispanic, some are from old New Mexican families that have been in the area for several generations and others are from families who have immigrated more recently.
The program has had considerable success in helping the Associates raise their grades far beyond what the youth felt they could achieve, and in the process, help them to aspire to higher goals. Click here or the photo above to hear about the accomplishments of one of the Associates.
