The new Youth Safe Haven in Oakland serves the Havenscourt-Lockwood area, including Lockwood Gardens and Lions Creek. This program is a joint effort of the Foundation, Safe Passages, the Oakland Unified School District (OUSD), the OUSD Police and the Oakland Police Department.
